  • Responsibilities of Authors

  • Authors are committed to the following:

    1. Scientific originality

      1. Submitting original research work that has not been previously published.
      2. Avoiding all forms of scientific plagiarism.
    2. Proper scientific documentation

      1. Accurately citing all sources and references.
      2. Adhering to accepted documentation methods.
    3. Accuracy of data and results

      1. Presenting data correctly and transparently.
      2. Not manipulating or falsifying results.
    4. Scientific contribution

      1. Including only the names of authors who have actually contributed to the research.
      2. Arranging names according to the size of contribution.
    5. Disclosure of conflicts of interest

      1. Disclosing any financial or professional interests that may affect the research results.
    6. No dual submission

      1. Not submitting the research to more than one conference or journal at the same time.
  • Responsibilities of Reviewers

  • Reviewers are committed to the following:

    1. Complete confidentiality

      • Maintaining the confidentiality of research content and not sharing it with any third party.
    2. Objectivity and neutrality

      • Evaluating research based solely on scientific quality without bias.
    3. Disclosure of conflicts of interest

      • Recusing themselves from reviewing if there is any conflict of interest.

    4. Providing constructive feedback

      • Supporting researchers through clear and helpful scientific comments.

  • The scientific committee is committed to:

    1. Ensuring the integrity of the arbitration process

      1. Implementing a fair and transparent peer review system.
    2. Selecting qualified reviewers

      1. Consulting specialized experts in research fields.
    3. Making independent scientific decisions

      1. Relying on the quality of research without any external influences.

    4. Monitoring compliance with ethics

      1. Addressing any scientific violations according to established policies.

  • Publication ethics

    1. Respecting intellectual property rights.
    2. Preventing scientific plagiarism in all its forms.
    3. Committing to transparency in presenting results.
    4. Avoiding manipulation, falsification, or fabrication of scientific data.
    5. Adhering to ethical standards in studies involving data or participants.
  • Addressing violations

  • In case of discovering an ethical violation, the following actions are taken:

    1. Rejecting or retracting the research at any stage.
    2. Notifying the author and their affiliated institution.
    3. Banning participation in subsequent rounds (in severe cases).
  • Declaration and Commitment

    • Submitting the research to the conference is considered a clear acknowledgment by the authors of their full commitment to all publication ethics.
