Data Sharing Policy


This policy aims to promote scientific integrity and transparency, ensuring that research data submitted to the conference are accessible in a way that supports academic research and professional development, in line with international best practices and the recommendations of the American Educational Research Association (AERA).

  • Data Sharing

    1. Researchers are encouraged to share their primary data and analytical supplements whenever possible. All authors are required to make available the supporting data for the results reported in their research.
    2. Participant privacy and confidentiality must be maintained, ensuring that the identities of participants in qualitative and quantitative data are protected before sharing with editors or the public.
    3. Data should be documented clearly to allow other researchers to understand and verify the results.
    4. Data may only be used for research and academic purposes and must not be exploited commercially without explicit permission from the data owner.
  • Transparency and Integrity

    1. Any conflicts of interest or sources of funding related to the research must be disclosed.
    2. Ethical standards must be followed in data collection and analysis.
    3. The authenticity of the data must be ensured, and data must not be manipulated prior to publication.
  • Access and Use

    1. A digital archive of data associated with conference papers may be created on the conference website or in academic repositories, respecting the authors’ rights.
    2. Other researchers are permitted to access the data for verification and academic reuse, in accordance with the conditions of use.
  • Compliance with AERA Recommendations

    1. Promote accountability and transparency at all stages of research and publication.
    2. Support ethical reuse of data to enhance the quality and reliability of research.
    3. Document methodology and results accurately to ensure scientific credibility.
