Authorship Policy


This policy aims to ensure scientific integrity and establish clear authorship standards for research papers submitted to the conference, promoting transparency and preventing unethical practices. It is based on international best practices and the recommendations of the American Educational Research Association (AERA).

  • Authorship Criteria

  • Acknowledge the author in the scientific paper if they meet the following criteria:-

    1.  اAn individual is recognized as an author of a research paper if they meet the following criteria
    2. Made a substantial scientific contribution to the design, execution, or analysis of the research
    3. Participated in drafting or scientifically reviewing the paper
  • Order of Authors

    1. The order of authors must be agreed upon by all authors before submission.
    2. The corresponding author is responsible for communication with the conference administration.
    3. Each author’s contribution should be clarified upon request.
  • Ethical Responsibilities of Authors

    1. Ensure the originality of the research and avoid plagiarism.
    2. Accurately document all sources and references.
    3. Disclose any potential conflicts of interest.
    4. Adhere to research ethics and the conference’s policies.
  • Unacceptable Practices

    1. Including names of individuals who did not make a substantial scientific contribution (honorary authorship).
    2. Excluding contributors who made a significant contribution (ghost authorship).
    3. Submitting the same research to multiple venues without disclosure.
    4. Manipulating the order of authors after submission without a valid scientific reason
  • Dispute Resolution

    1. Authorship disputes should first be resolved internally among the authors
    2. If unresolved, the conference scientific committee will intervene to resolve the matter.
    3. The conference reserves the right to take appropriate actions, such as suspending or withdrawing the paper.
