The Dean of the Faculty of Engineering Project Management, President of the First International Conference on Engineering Project Management (ICEPM), participated in the activities of the International Forum for Planning and Development organized by the Ministry of Planning in cooperation with the Planning Institute, in the presence of the Minister of Planning, and with wide participation from academic leaders, experts, and representatives of industrial institutions.
On the sidelines of the forum, the Dean met with the General Manager of the Libyan Iron and Steel Company, where they discussed ways to enhance joint cooperation between the college and the industrial sector, contributing to supporting the partnership between academic institutions and production entities, and enhancing scientific research and linking it to practical application and labor market needs.
At the end of the meeting, the Dean extended an official invitation to the General Manager of the Libyan Iron and Steel Company to participate in the activities of the First International Conference on Engineering Project Management (ICEPM), emphasizing the importance of partnerships with major industrial institutions in enriching the scientific and practical axes of the conference, and enhancing the exchange of experiences to support sustainable development and reconstruction.
