Self-archiving policies


This policy aims to enable researchers to disseminate their scholarly work more widely while preserving intellectual property rights and promoting open access to knowledge, in line with international best practices and the recommendations of the American Educational Research Association (AERA).

  • Scope of Self-Archiving

  • Authors are permitted to archive their research in:

    1. Institutional repositories of universities or research centers
    2. Academic platforms (such as open repositories)
    3. Authors’ personal or professional websites
  • Types of Versions Allowed

  • Authors may archive the following versions:

    1. Preprint: Before the peer-review process.
    2. Post print: After scientific revisions and before final publication.
    3. The Publisher’s Version (final formatted version) may not be posted without permission from the conference administration.
  • Archiving Conditions

    1. Full conference details must be cited (conference name, year, organizing body).
    2. A statement indicating that the paper was published in the conference proceedings must be included.
    3. A link to the official version must be provided (if available).
    4. No substantial modifications to the content may be made after publication.
    5. Compliance with the conference copyright policy is required.
  • Use and Re-Publication

    1. Archived copies may be used only for scientific and academic purposes
    2. Commercial use is prohibited without written permission from the authors
    3. The original source must be cited when reusing or quoting the work
  • Responsibility and Compliance

    1. The author is responsible for complying with the self-archiving policy
    2. The conference reserves the right to request modification or removal of any non-compliant content.
    3. Measures may be taken in case of policy violations (such as withdrawal of the paper from the official archive).
